this amendment is an urgent matter. I hope very much our colleagues would support this amendment on a bipartisan basis so that we send the clear message that this country intends to hold to account those who organized the attack on America. I think that is absolutely essential. I also say to my colleague, if the Senator from Alaska seeks recognition, I will be happy to yield the floor so he can do that. I ask him at this point if he would have an interest in a time agreement on the amendment? We were approached earlier with a request on that matter. I would be happy to explore that, if the Senator from Alaska has any interest.
