The Senator has mentioned that the President has come before us and asked for $21 billion to reconstruct Iraq. In addition to that, the President is saying there is another $40 billion to $50 billion of needs next year for the reconstruction of Iraq that is supposed to come from someplace else. The President and his people have said some of these other countries are going to contribute. Is the Senator aware of this additional $40 billion to $50 billion of money for reconstruction of Iraq that the President has identified?
