This picture is from Grant County, an alfalfa field, and you can see it is in a Moon state. There is nothing there. Let me just conclude by saying to my colleagues, this is an urgent matter. This is a response to a disaster. If we fail to act, the bankers of my State have told me we will lose 5 to 10 percent of the farmers and ranchers in my State.
