No. This Senator is suggesting that maybe we ought to revisit the question of reprocessing in this country. That is an alternative. Maybe we ought to consider various other technological alternatives that may present themselves. I am just raising the question. With what is going on in terms of terrorist threats abroad and in this country, are we doing a wise thing by setting up a circumstance in which this material starts to move from 80 sites around the country to one defined location in America? That troubles me. I really am struggling myself with the question of how to respond to that. I must say it has made me rethink the whole question of reprocessing. I wonder sometimes if we have made wise choices in this country.
