If I could just wrap up, I appreciate very much the patience of my colleague. Tomorrow or the day thereafter when the people from the utility in my region of the country--not directly from North Dakota--come to see me, I presume that their key message will be, ``Senator, we have a problem developing because our pools are filling with this waste, and we have to move it somewhere. We have to do something with it.'' What would the Senator's answer be to those folks if they presented him with that question?
