It is interesting, it is mostly speeches. All the speeches that were given, all the votes that were cast when we had the budget resolution on the floor, all the money added for education, all of it has been taken out. We are in the middle of a budget debate on the floor of the Senate, last week adding $150 billion. Meanwhile, we are passing a budget with no new money for education. The President said his top priority was education. The priority is every place but in the budget. There is no new money for education.
