I think that's right on. I mean, I would have to see your reaction across the board. I think it is right on.

Look, if we have to compress some budgets, you're going to have to do without some services.

Some are deferred maintenance, many of them. They need to be addressed.

I think it is very good to be bringing down more oil from Canada for our country's needs.

How can we do the best job possible in terms of managing our foreign aid in a way where we influence the outcomes?

We're going to need it going forward both for continued oil and gas development.

You as Governor would know that that's where you go first is to see where you cut your budget.

I think it represents a great opportunity and should be a real priority for USGS.
