John Hoeven is an American politician serving as the junior United States senator from North Dakota since January 2011. A member of the Republican Party, he previously held the position of Governor of North Dakota from 2000 to 2010. During his tenure in the Senate, Hoeven has focused on issues such as agriculture, energy, and infrastructure, advocating for policies that support North Dakota's economy and rural communities.

I'm just looking for any recommendations you have that might enable you to do your job more cost and time effectively.

How is the threat initiative going? I mean, do you feel like it is working well and making a difference?
I guess the question I ask, is there more that you could do to raise dollars for the program that would in essence help us with this budget?
I think we should take a look because it might be something that would be worthwhile and something we should pursue.
