A divided Congress is not in the best interest of our national interest.

I think I could make a pretty good argument that that tells me that the current sanctions need to be increased.

Senator Heitkamp and I introduced legislation so farmers and ranchers would be certain that this would not occur at any point in the future.

This idea that we are working on it in the face of these statistics is not an adequate response.
