I think they have a sense that something is happening out there, that has created now an opportunity for other Republicans to step forward.

If Democrats have to reduce health care costs, if they have to provide relief at the pump all on their own. So be it. That will be bad for Republicans.

I am just urging you all not to reduce local staff.

Let's not study something to death to the point where we don't get the job done.
