I think the point that I want to make is that as we are talking about resource reallocation, or plus-up, we need to involve the sheriffs.

I do not know how I can say it any more clearly, that that is the job of a government, to secure their border.

I question whether we should be just focusing on the challenges that these kinds of frauds present as a result of illegal immigration.
