If we really believe that we have an emerging crisis in climate, why shouldn't we basically be early adopters and get out there and get it done?

My first suggestion is follow the law, and a previous speaker talked about this Administration.

The last thing that we should be doing in agriculture is making a claim about climate that is not valid.

I think it is important that that work is started as soon as possible, because that is where we are going to see a huge benefit, economic benefit for our ag producers.
