Obviously, the United States has elected not to do a Value Added Tax, although typically in Europe, a Value Added Tax is the major revenue producer for most of the countries.

If Democrats have to reduce health care costs, if they have to provide relief at the pump all on their own. So be it. That will be bad for Republicans.
