Farmers don't want to be paperwork people. They want to get out and farm.

I think it has been pretty clear that I think that we don't yet have good measurement tools.

My first suggestion is follow the law, and a previous speaker talked about this Administration.

Let's not just try and think about those past inequities and how we fixed those problems. Let's think about how we can move forward to make farming opportunities available to everyone.
