I just want to say that I am concerned about the court's decision in Carcieri and the impact it may have on those tribes that were recognized after 1934.
Obviously the future is education. We have a 50 percent high school dropout rate among Native American youth.
It should be front page, headline news on the Washington Post today but it is not because it happens very day, full scale health care rationing.
