“That is the point I was making. It is the point David Stockman made. It was the fiscal policy recommended and designed by them. However, we also have a responsibility. Democrats and Republicans all have a responsibility for this problem and to solve it together but not create circumstances where we can claim a balanced budget as the Federal debt continues to increase. That is my point.”
