We have now reached the tipping point that requires, in my judgment, action by Congress.

I have no interest in injuring business aviation, general aviation, or small airports.

They need our help because we are the ones who made the promise and we are the ones not keeping it.

I know the word 'privatization' has been used. I did not use it.
