Well, I say to the Senator from Nebraska, this was in an appellate court of New York State. I don't have, at this moment, the information about who brought the action. I assume that attorneys on behalf of the student, or the student's parents, brought an action against the school and, also, of course, contested the criminal charges. This student who brought a gun to school, which was then seized by the security guard, eventually had the criminal charges against him dropped.
