I wanted to say one of my regrets is I don't think we do enough in our Congress of oversight hearings.

Former Senator Dorgan referred to these offices as one-stop shops.

We have to shine all the spotlights on one spot and figure out not only what is happening, but how on earth do we fix it...

We understand that we have standards here that we expect to be implemented across the country in a similar fashion.
