Let me point out that my suggestion and my inclination to offer an amendment was not prejudging whether one might or might not have misused subpoena power at all. It seemed to me this represented a procedure that made a great deal of sense. My understanding is that the Senator will be presenting this and let the committee make a judgment on it, and I am confident that the committee would reach the right conclusion. I, again, appreciate the answer of the Senator from Tennessee and the Senator from Ohio.
