I would simply say I have a couple of amendments. I would love to offer them very soon and have a debate and an up-or-down vote. If the Senator from Idaho is willing to let me do that, let us do that this afternoon. I am willing to agree with respect to time limits on my two amendments. I expect most other Members on the Democratic side of the aisle would say yes, give us the opportunity to have our amendments brought up and debated. And we will be plenty happy to do that.
