Well, as the Senator states that principle, I have no substantial disagreement with him. However, the Senator understands very well what is at work with respect to this body of change and reform. The Senator is perhaps familiar with the stories of the bill that is similar to this one--though not identical--the regulatory reform bill that went through the House of Representatives?
