I believe something is happening to our climate. I believe we ought to reduce the carbon emissions that are going into the atmosphere, so I am in support of capping carbon. I have indicated, however, I don't support what is called cap and trade, which would effectively be a process by which we provide probably a $1 trillion carbon trading securities market for Wall Street. I have no interest in being a part of that and would not support speculation of carbon markets.
