I just want to say that I am concerned about the court's decision in Carcieri and the impact it may have on those tribes that were recognized after 1934.
Obviously the future is education. We have a 50 percent high school dropout rate among Native American youth.
The efficiencies that would be driven from a non-profit corporation...would provide funding as well for excellent and stable and professional management.
