I ask the manager, how many days have we been on the bill? I know this is legislation to increase the minimum wage. It has been on the floor for some long while. I understand there is a 30-hour postcloture period. I am curious: How long we have been on this bill and might we expect, for example, tomorrow to be able to complete legislation that would increase the minimum wage after 10 long years?
