Do you know what? They have already done that. They are already in violation of NAFTA. An arbitration panel has found Mexico is in violation on high-fructose corn syrup. In fact, they have a high grade and low grade. Guess what. Mexico imposes the equivalent of 43 percent tariff on the low-grade corn syrup and the equivalent of a tariff of 76 percent on the high-grade corn syrup.
