I am pretty unimpressed with the plea to do that when we understand that next week we are going to find nearly 2 days taken in a carnival situation with judgeships, when we have approved 98 percent of the judges who have been sent to us by the White House. Now, in the middle of next week, as we try to finish this session, we are told we are going to have 30 hours, or take the better part of 2 days, to sit here around the clock to talk about the several judges we have not confirmed. I ask the Senator from Nevada if that seems to him like we have an urgent situation when somebody is going to take 30 hours out of the middle of next week and move off to have a 30-hour discussion on judgeships.
