let me say that the amendment you described a few moments ago--I understand that there is some controversy about it, but it is perfectly appropriate. Your amendment deals with the disaster. I read it last evening at home, and I certainly would not intend to be critical of somebody who is offering amendments that deal with the bill. I want you to understand that. My concern is amendments that really don't have any relationship to this bill but which people want to get passed. I heard you describe it and use my name. I have no problem with that amendment being offered because it relates to this bill.
