let me clear up a couple of issues. First, my colleague from Arizona is straight with all the facts. We have no disagreements about the facts. He indicated I am opposed to the moratorium. I am not opposed to the moratorium. I have voted for an Internet tax moratorium. I hope before the end of this week I can vote for another Internet tax moratorium.
