let me finally say that while I have mixed feelings about having done this--one regret and the other a strong feeling of accomplishment on the safety issues--I intend to come back to the floor in September, and if we have not made progress to resolve the FAA bill--I do not shout very much, but I said yesterday I have had a bellyful of this sort of thing--I am going to come to the floor and act very unlike a Lutheran Norwegian. You can count on that.
