You know, I do not know that I can offer you much advice except to say we have painted ourselves into a fiscal policy corner.

What you and members of this Committee can do and will do by putting the spotlight on this spot will save lives.

It is a travesty! Further, it is a problem that will continue to have negative impacts for generations to come.
