I hope that my colleagues in the Senate--I know I speak for Senator Rockefeller--would join us in working seriously to try, even at this late date, to get the FAA reauthorization bill completed.
Obviously the future is education. We have a 50 percent high school dropout rate among Native American youth.
We have to shine all the spotlights on one spot and figure out not only what is happening, but how on earth do we fix it.
The question is not the endpoint. The question is what is the route to get to that endpoint.
