The larger question is--I have a list of some of the regional carriers here--Shuttle America, Pinnacle, Freedom, Chautauqua, Atlantic, Southeast, Colgan, ExpressJet Chautauqua, Trans States, GoJet, Great Lakes, Mesa, SkyWest, and the list goes on.
