“I think the discussion we had last evening, as all of us work together trying to understand what is the optimum solution that relates to the needs of all of the interests concerned, is something we can and should strive to achieve, and I think we will do that. My guess is that this will get resolved in the right way because I think all of us understand the good will here to do it, and that will allow us--in order to unlock this bill and get it finished Monday night, we needed to try to find a way to reach a common ending here.”
