Byron Dorgan: “The Administration supports a program to allow Americans to buy safe and effective drugs from other countries.”

I just want to say that I am concerned about the court's decision in Carcieri and the impact it may have on those tribes that were recognized after 1934.

The fundamental problem found in the Dorgan report in 2010 and the findings now before the House is IHS, LEADERSHIP was failing then as it is failing now.

The agency promised changes, but the situation has only disintegrated since.
