it seems to me that we need to fix that, and fix that soon, because there's no reason to know everything that you can know about the airplane, but not the pilot that's flying the airplane.

It is well documented that Indian children are far over represented in foster homes, which is another cultural issue.

Taking thousands of people, maybe tens of thousands of people off government assistance and giving them hope is the way to go.
