“we have price controls on prescription drugs in this country. It is just that the prescription drug manufacturers control the price. My friends want to have a debate we are not having. The only access to prescription drugs we are talking about is from licensed pharmacies or distributors--accessing prescription drugs from a licensed pharmacist or distributor in Canada and that would be FDA-approved. We are not talking about counterfeit drugs.”
