As soon as Mr. Estrada answers the questions and provides the information, I believe there ought to be 100 votes for cloture and we ought to have an up-or-down vote on Mr. Estrada. Until that time, no one who aspires to a lifetime on the Federal bench ought to be able to say to this Senate we are going to withhold information that has been requested. I do not think the Senator from Utah should want that. I do not want it, and at least speaking as one Senator, I will not allow it. I will not vote for cloture until Mr. Estrada provides the information that has been requested of him.
