Let me just say again that while I have withdrawn that particular amendment, I believe very strongly that we need to revisit this as we go along in this process. I think this is not the time to do that. I have talked to the Senator from South Carolina, who I know has some feelings about this as well. We will revisit this later in this process. Let me say how much I appreciate the work of the Senators from South Carolina and New Hampshire; they have done so much work on this bill.
