Let me read from the fourth paragraph of Mr. Kay's testimony given to the Senate Armed Services Committee: ``Let me begin by saying we were almost all wrong.'' Now, this is not about parsing words. It is Mr. Kay saying: Look, the intelligence was wrong. I say to my colleague from Arizona, my point is not about the President, it is not about the Vice President, it is not about Condoleezza Rice or Secretary Powell or Mr. Tenet. It is about whether this country is well served by the current intelligence community. Do they have it right or not? If they got it wrong, as many suggest they have, and it is pretty hard to make the case they got it right, then what do we do about it?”
