The number of personnel at the Department doesn't really matter if you don't have the political will to carry out the authorities. I know that the people in the Department of Education will carry out these authorities until such time as the Department does not exist, and at that time, whatever laws exist will be implemented by appropriate agencies and departments. Whatever we do is going to be better than what was done under the Biden administration when this law was never enforced and should have been. Mr. Speaker, I reserve the balance of my time.”
