Mr. Speaker, I think the gentleman from Florida has made our case by bringing up the fact that Medicare is a government program. It's going broke. Medicare costs were 20 times more than what was estimated for part of the program, seven times more for part of the program, 2\1/2\ times more for part of the program. The gentleman from Florida has made our case on this issue. I now would like to yield 3 minutes to the distinguished gentleman, the former attorney general of California, Mr. Lungren.
