There is no Member that has defended the FDA more than this one and there is no Member in Congress that has tried to fix areas when they are broken than this one.
What does it mean for a small company when FDA misses these goals, and what does it mean to patients?
That is unacceptable today. I hope that Republicans can finally recognize that because only serving 15 percent of eligible kids today does not cut it.
