The Court, Chief Justice Roberts also acknowledged that voter discrimination continues to exist in the United States.

The Supreme Court of the United States found Section 5 to be constitutional.

I will be transferring this data, this information, to the Committee on the Judiciary, hopefully by June the 30th.

It is almost sacred. And so we can, and we must, do better.

And, hopefully, within the foreseeable future, we will be able to write a formula, write a bill, and get it passed and signed by the President.
