The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 4, after line 12, insert the following: In determining which residential energy efficiency measures to include in the list published under paragraph (1) or (2), the Secretary of Energy, in consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture, shall consider advanced performance initiatives, such as the Passive House Standard as certified by the Passive House Institute US.
