David E. Price is a former member of the U.S. House of Representatives, serving North Carolina's 4th congressional district from 1997 until 2023. A member of the Democratic Party, Price was known for his work on issues related to education, transportation, and housing. We hear that it is going to involve not just more Border Patrol agents, but also canine teams, NII systems, license plate readers.
