Mr. Speaker, I yield myself such time as I may consume. Mr. Speaker, I rise in support of H.R. 3241, introduced by Representative Bush, which makes technical changes to title 54 of the United States Code relating to National Park Service and related programs. Title 54 was enacted by Public Law 113-287 on December 19, 2014. Laws to codify titles of the Code do not create new law. They simply restate the many laws that Congress has already created in a more organized and readable manner. After codifying a new title in the Code, often other technical corrections through the rest of the Code are needed to update cross references to that new title. This bill does just that. Mr. Speaker, I urge my colleagues to support H.R. 3241, and I reserve the balance of my time.

It makes no sense that the Biden administration refuses to take common-sense steps to secure our border in the face of such obvious threats to our homeland.
A lot of that is the product of a destabilized world that results from the absence of strong leadership in the White House of the United States and grievous errors in judgment across the globe.
How can Congress and the American people have confidence that the outcome of close elections will not turn on the votes of noncitizens who have registered and voted unlawfully?
Isn't that the best technique? If you're trying to see to it that noncitizens vote and turn the margin in close races and you consider that to be essential to your political success, then what are you going to do?
