We have been overly anxious to get that bill out and get it sent to the President. We are anxious to get this bill acted upon. All last week, we were involved basically with an amendment offered by a Republican Senator, our friend Senator D'Amato, from New York, relative to Mexican aid. We have been trying our very best to start voting on some amendments offered on this side, and we have yet to have been afforded that opportunity.
