I have a letter from the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board to the Secretary of Energy. It addresses the disposal of waste as contemplated in section 3116. The last paragraph reads: The Board believes that disposal of wastes as contemplated in Section 3116 can be accomplished safely and should enable efficient disposition of the radioactive waste.
