I would like to briefly engage the Chairman and Ranking Member of the Senate Transportation Appropriations Subcommittee on a transportation issue important to the State of Colorado. The Ports to Plains High Priority Corridor is a most pressing issue for my state, however, I have concerns about language currently in the Transportation Appropriations bill. As it stands, the bill contains a $1 million feasibility study for a section of the corridor on US 64/87 in New Mexico.
